FONDERIE DE GENTILLY mainly produces parts destined for use in the automotive industry. O.E.M for French manufacturers such as P.S.A. (Peugeot-Citroën) and Renault, Fonderie de Gentilly has demonstrated its expertise in the area of wheel balancing weight production since 1948.
The three workshops of the automotive division cover 1500 m2, and allow us to produce cambered, moulded and assembled components.
Our machine park allows us to produce components on a large scale. Several million wheel balancing weights destined for original assembly are produced in our workshops and sold in France, Europe and around the rest of the world.
Our clipped or adhesive wheel balance weights can be adapted for all types of steel and alloy rims, be they French or foreign.
In the field of European environmental measures, Directive 2000/53/CE was issued, banning the use of weights containing lead in all new vehicles as from 1 july 2003.
In order to comply with this Directive, we have therefore developed a new full range of ZAMAK wheel balancing weights. |
